Programs

At Carozza Strength Training we offer a variety of services:

1. One on One Training: We will meet and discuss your goals as well as perform a performance profile. Once complete a program will be created to help you achieve your goals.

2. Group Training: By training in a group you will be surrounded by like-minded individuals who will push you to achieve even greater gains. This helps create an unbelievably intense training atmosphere! This option is highly recommended.

3. Off-Site Team Training: Want your team to learn what it takes to dominate the competition? I will come to you! Carozza Strength Training offers a variety of Off-Site services that include clinics on health and nutrition, training, and avoiding injury. We also offer several plans to train your whole team together at your site whether it be in your weight room or on the field we can create a program to cater to your needs.

4. Programming Consultation: Do you want to train on your own but are confused on how to create a program that works and will help you achieve your goals? This is the perfect option. Over the computer or in person we can discuss your goals, and I can create a program for you to follow month to month.

5. Assisted Stretching: Help speed your recovery in between workout sessions by getting an assisted stretch session.

These programs are open to athletes of all sports, people who want to train like an athlete, as well as police, fire and military personnel. I can create a program to fit your needs.
