Max X-Finished his senior football season 1st Team All League
After playing high school football my freshman year I realized I could not play on just natural size and talent alone. I began lifting in the weight room with little knowledge of what I was doing. Many of my workouts were generic and off the top of my head: benching, curls, squats, ect. I was getting some results but I felt slower and a lot less athletic. I began my sophomore football season on the varsity team but I still lacked the raw agility and mental strength to fully compete with some of the older players on other teams. After the season I realized it was time to take football much more seriously and Coach Carozza began coordinating our team’s workouts.
I was told my Coach Carozza I needed to focus more on muscle groups and technique. Our workouts were always new and I honestly looked forward to them everyday; in fact, I loved them. I know I can speak for all of my teammates in my grade who were in the weight room as often as I was. After every session I really felt sore, it was almost impossible for me to run or shoot a basketball after a day in the weight room with Coach Carozza. From the prowler to resistance bands to chains our new workouts were obviously much different from my old ones. Some of our workouts were so strange I thought Carozza was making them up! As skeptical as I was, those exercises really exposed my muscles and I could see results almost immediately. My bench shot up from 185 to 250 and my squat jumped from 315 to 425. Our workouts were not limited to just the weight room but speed, agility, and conditioning. My 40 time went from a 5.3 to a 4.93 and my shuttle from a 5.1 to 4.43. The stats were impressive but I wanted to see the results on the football field. The first day I put my pads on my new strength and agility took over and I felt I was always the best player on the field (a mindset Coach always told me to have). I had very strong scrimmages but I was hit by a plaguing wrist injury that I played through the entire season with. During the offseason I received surgery on my wrist and after the healing period I got myself back into the weight room. I still had very limited mobility in my wrist, Coach Carozza personalized exercises to work around my injury and for that dedication I am infinitely grateful.
I began my senior season strong and ended it pretty successfully. I have to thank Coach Carozza for my accomplishments on and off the field. Not only did he help me become much stronger and more athletic. He taught me to be a better man and about mental toughness: that extra three inches everyone has inside but many cannot pull it out because “it’s too hard” or “it hurts too much”.
I strongly recommend Coach Carozza for your strength and conditioning needs. He knows how to push someone to his or her limit and beyond. With your dedication and his knowledge he will help you reach you untapped potential both physically and mentally.
***Max finished his senior season with over 50 tackles and 9 sacks! He was recognized as a First Team All League Defensive End.***

I am a high school athlete who concentrates a lot on in season and off-season workouts that include a variety of running and lifting. My workouts are awfully important; this naturally means I need to work hard in order to succeed. Coming into high school it wasn't like that, due to the fact that I had no idea what I was doing in the weight room. That changed my sophomore year when I began to train with Coach Carozza. I wasn't very strong mentally or physically, but he stuck with me.
We began to work out, and I must confess, some workouts seemed insane, but he pushed me through it. The workouts helped me gain physical strength, which I needed, but most importantly they taught me what mental strength was all about. Coach Carozza worked us out hard and we thought he was crazy, but we all know now it wasn't crazy. We all love working out now and getting in a hard workout whenever we can. That isn't a very big thing in my town (hard work) so it was about seven others and I working out with Coach. The funny thing about that was that when football came around, we (the group of about eight) were the strongest and most physically fit out on the field.
Nowadays my arms are bigger and I squat more, but that's not all I got out of working out with Coach Carozza, which is what impresses me the most. I have never told him, but if it weren’t for his mentoring and training a lot of my accomplishments on and off the field would have been impossible. I am now a captain on my football team, and truthfully it was all up to him. Coach Carozza made sure I worked to my potential, which is why I am extremely grateful towards him. There's plenty I could say about Coach, but I'd rather just say: Thank you for everything.
***Carlos just finished his senior year with 112 tackles, 3 sacks, 11 tackles for a loss, and 6 forced fumbles. He made First Team All League.

I’ve been playing high school football for 3 years now. My freshman year I barely played and spent most of the time on the sideline. After freshman year I realized that I wanted to get serious about football and decided to work in the off season. I started looking up workouts online and in the magazines like anyone else would do. I followed those for the offseason. I have to admit I did see some results in my size however, when I started playing during my sophomore year I didn’t feel any better or stronger, I actually felt a little slower.
After sophomore year I talked to Coach Carozza and explained to him that I had lifted in the offseason but I didn’t get any stronger and actually felt slower. He explained to me how bodybuilder workouts didn’t work for athletes. He told me to follow his program for the offseason and he promised I would be better. So I decided to give it a shot. At first you may notice that his workouts are somewhat strange. He tends to use bands and chains and he also doesn’t work us on specific muscle, but focuses on muscle groups. Also at the end of every work out he would make us stretch and he kept emphasizing that stretching was very important and that it would help us keep our athleticism while gaining muscle. I’ll admit at first I was very skeptical, but I kept following his program.
By the end of the offseason I raised my squat from 300 to 500 and my bench press went from 170 to 225. The best part was that not only did I get stronger it helped me with my sport. My junior year I ended up starting varsity linebacker and I got a lot faster. There are a bunch of trainers out there who can help you get big, but if you’re looking for a trainer who can make you stronger, better, and push you to the next level you need to train with Carozza. I have to thank you for everything you gave me Coach Carozza, not only did you make me bigger, faster, and stronger, you taught me to keep pushing myself and that there is no limit.
